Finally, the big day has arrived. The beginning of the 12 week challenge. I find that half of the hard work doesn’t happen in gym or kitchen, but in my head. The more mental preparation I have, the easier it gets. And knowing exactly what will be expected from me and from when, I had more than enough time to set my goals and objectives. Thanks to John and Ann I’m able to correct my everyday mistakes in exercising and eating. My biggest struggles so far are snacking in the evening and not finding energy to work out. As soon as I’ll be able to overcome those I should do just fine.
