Halloween BCAA Jelly Cups

Step 1:

Combine the Bio-Synergy BCAA Powder® and water in a saucepan, stir and bring to the boil.

Step 2:

Cover the gelatin with cold water in a bowl and allow to soften, squeeze any excess water out then add to the BCAA liquid.

Step 3:

Stir the mixture well and pour into plastic cups then put into the fridge and allow to set.
