- £4.95 for all orders under £50, all orders over £50 FREE delivery mainland UK via DPD tracked service.
- Ireland and Channel Islands all orders under £100 charged £9.95 all orders over £100, FREE delivery.
- Worldwide, shipping costs will vary subject to weight and destination.
If you are not available to take delivery of your order, a card will be left notifying you of who to contact or where to collect your parcel. If there is no response to the calling card within 24 hours, your order will be returned to us.
Please always check with Bio-Synergy or your local depot if you are expecting an order that is late, as the delivery company may have your order at the depot. Your order will be sent, once the relevant surcharge and an additional delivery charge has been paid.
You can cancel or amend any order placed with Bio-Synergy, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. Please note we operate a fast dispatch system and items are usually sent out on the same day as the order is placed. To cancel your order please contact our Customer Services Team on 020 7569 2528.
If your order has been dispatched you will have to wait until your order is delivered before you can cancel the order. Please read “Your statutory rights” on our website.
REFUNDS AND FREE UPGRADES
We are so confident that you’ll be impressed with the results from our products that we will replace or refund any unopened returned items, if accompanied with receipt/proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase and if sent by recorded mail to our offices.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Once your order has been placed, our team goes all out to ensure it’s shipped as soon as possible. Once this has been despatched, you’ll receive an email from us, with your tracking information. If you have any queries, drop us an email at email@example.com.
